Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the electronics you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original protective packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the hardware is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the exterior of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
